The Seven Chakras

Chakra is Sanskrit for wheel or circle. We have seven main chakras, but in total, we have 114 in the body. A chakra is an area where vital energy full of prana (nadis) move. Each chakra can affect us differently depending on the location in the body.

The chakras are essential to our physical, mental, and spiritual well being. The goal is to keep all seven chakras open, balanced. It allows the natural flow of energy to flow from the root chakra at our spines, to the crown chakra at the top of our heads.
