• We ship many of our rocks and fossils throughout Canada through our online store. 

• If you live outside of Canada or you are interested in ordering multiple items, please get in touch and we will determine the price to ship the pieces to you. 

• Shipping rates for Canada Post are based on weight.

Delivery

• We deliver up to 50 km from our store. 

• No minimum/maximum order size for pickup or delivery.

• Delivery is $10 for up to 30 km from our store, and $20 from 31 to 50 km from our store.

• Delivery is FREE for orders over $100.

• We will deliver orders within 2 days.

Pickup

• FREE In-Store Pick up, please allow half an hour to have your items ready.

• Hours: 9 to 5 Monday to Friday for pickups, with a call or text first​: 613-483-3459.

Availability

• Each piece is one-of-a-kind. Thus, if the site says that it is out of stock, the item is sold. Please browse other available items.

Return & Refund Policy

At Great Canadian Prospecting, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

For customers in the United States, please contact us before placing your order to receive an accurate shipping quote. Orders from the U.S. may require additional shipping arrangements.

To request a return or refund, please contact us through our website contact page with your order details.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
